Since the end of August, we've been wrestling with some digital demons after our site decided to go all wonky on us. Yeah, it's been a bit of a wild journey, and we've got a story to share.

Since the end of August, we've encountered some challenging issues with our website's domain, leading to disruptions in our email communication. Many of you may have experienced frustrating "error" or "return" messages when attempting to contact us via email. We want to make it clear that your messages were not ignored; rather, we were unable to receive them due to these technical glitches. It was like we were caught in an endless loop of frustration. "Error" messages, "return" messages, you name it – if you tried to send us an email, it probably felt like it was swallowed by a black hole.

Now, we want to make one thing clear: we are not ignoring any of you, our fellow bastards. In fact, it's quite the opposite. During this period, we maintained our commitment to providing customer service to our customers through various channels and will continue to have these as points of contact. We positioned our trusty Chat Box widget conveniently in the bottom right corner of our website, always ready to assist with your orders or product inquiries.  And don't forget about our social media channels – you can always slide into our DMs there.

But here's the good news, and it's the kind of news that makes us believe in holiday miracles. We've finally kicked those digital demons to the curb, and we're back in action!
