My item arrived damaged.

• Oh no! That's unfortunate. If you send us a picture of the damaged product along with a picture of the packing slip to info@thebeardedbrotherhood.co we’ll get you a replacement right away.

This is not what I ordered!

• Although we try very hard to ensure 100% accuracy every time, we aren’t perfect. Send us a picture of your received items along with a pic of the packing slip to info@thebeardedbrotherhood.co we will send you the correct items.

It’s been (X) amount of days since I placed my order and it’s still not here — what could be the hold up?

• We love the USPS, and most of the time they're very reliable, but there are also times when things get lost. 
• If you have waited two weeks (14 days) from the date you ordered and it still hasn't shown up, e-mail us at info@thebeardedbrotherhood.co with your order number. We will report the lost package to USPS and work with you to come up with a solution.

I didn’t mean to buy all this stuff!

• While we are sympathetic to this issue — trust us — ultimately we are not able to be responsible for mistakes ordered while placing your order. Make sure you are shopping with intentionality!

I entered the wrong address!

• No problem. Just e-mail us at info@thebeardedbrotherhood.co as soon as you can and we’ll fix it in our system. However, if you don't get to us before the package has already shipped, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred in recovering the package.

I am trying your beard oil for the first time and my nose is happy but my skin is not!

• ALLERGIES: While we use only the finest natural ingredients in our oils, it is possible that some of the ingredients are not compatible with your specific skin type. This is why we suggest TESTING A SMALL AREA on your wrist before applying over a large area to make sure all of our ingredients are compatible with your particular skin type. If you have an allergic reaction DISCONTINUE USE of our product and get in touch with us at info@thebeardedbrotherhood.co. If possible please include your order # or a receipt from a third party retailer in your message. We'll help to come up with a solution for you.

I have a special request for my order.

• We have a NOTES section at the bottom of the screen on our checkout page. If you put your special request in there we’ll make sure it gets taken care of by our dedicated packing and shipping team! Additionally, if it's a really super important or complex request you should send it along to info@thebeardedbrotherhood.co in addition to putting it in the NOTES section and we'll do our best to make the magic happen!

How do I grow an amazing beard?

• Time, patience, great beard care products, and good beard genes. If you would like to learn more, feel free to check out our blog posts to follow our beard guides and FAQs.

Can I return products?

• We do accept returns on some products. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out to our team via email.

Where do you ship to?

• We ship all over and offer free shipping ($50 or over) to domestic Brotherhood members.

Do your products expire?

• Most of our products have a very long shelf-life. However, we never use fillers or preservatives so they may lose some potency over time. Get in touch with us to find out if your item has any expiration concerns.

How long does it take to ship international orders?

• It depends on how far away you live from Texas. We do our best to ship international orders in a timely fashion. Feel free to reach out to us if you are concerned that your item won’t arrive when you need it.

 

 

How do I pick the right scent?

• It’s time to order a Travel/Sample Kit! These kits are comprised of 5 scents that are in mini travel size! No need to over commit to a 1 ounce bottle until you’re sure you love the scent. Travel/Sample Kits can be found on our site!

• That will depend on your beard type and goals. We have a few blog posts that cover this in more detail or feel free to reach out to our friendly and knowledgeable team!

• Our products are created with only the finest, all-natural ingredients. We never use harsh chemicals, preservatives or fillers. Check out our product descriptions to see exactly what you can expect to find in our items.

• The Earth is our home and we always work to treat Her with respect. All of our product ingredients are ethically sourced whenever possible, to have the smallest impact on the environment.

What are the rewards tiers?

• Building points will increase your progress bar. Once you have filled your progress bar, you will receive a coupon code. After that, you can start building your bar again for more coupon codes!

What are the rewards?

• Earning points will reward you with special coupon codes. Apply your coupon code at checkout to receive discounts and product specials.

How do I earn points?

• Earning points is fun, which is why there are a few different ways to earn points:

How do I redeem points?

• To turn points into a reward, you will need to log into your account. Click on the launcher to open the rewards panel and check your progress bar. If you have enough points, you can click the “Redeem” button that will take you to a page with the available discount code to be used a checkout.

When do my points become available?

• Your points should become available shortly after making a purchase. If you haven’t received points, feel free to contact us and we should be able to get your account straightened out.

How do I check my rewards points?

• Just log into your account and you will see a progress bar that tracks your point accumulations.

Do my rewards ever expire?

• Reward points should never expire as they are represented on your account’s progress bar.

Can I share my points?
