Please be aware that once your order has been fulfilled in our warehouse, a label is then created for your order, placed on the package, and given to USPS, the same day. Once the Label is Created, placed on the package and given to USPS, it is no longer in our possession. Upon receiving your Shipping Confirmation, you may see an update on the USPS website that states the "Label Was Created, USPS Awaiting Item." This means that USPS is in the process of scanning your package into their system, at one of their facilities. Please reach out to us as info@thebeardedbrotherhood.co if your package has no tracking update for 10 days.
